Hi, I'm Jehlisah.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Certified Clinical Supervisor. Mom of two. And the person who built the practice I wish had existed when I was drowning in the chaos of doing it all.
I know what it feels like to be the one everyone leans on — at work, at home, in every room you walk into — while quietly wondering when it's going to be your turn. I built my career around that feeling. Not to fix it with a checklist, but to actually help the people carrying it find their way back to themselves.
Today I work at the intersection of motherhood and mental health, supporting the women who give the most and ask for the least.
Who I work with
Working moms who are anxious, overworked, and ready for more than just coping. Through private therapy and coaching, we go beyond the surface to untangle the mental load, heal the burnout, and build a life that feels like yours again.
Therapists and clinicians who are growing their practice, navigating complex cases, or stepping into their identity as a professional. Through individual and group clinical supervision, consultation, and training, I help you become the clinician you set out to be — with the support you deserve along the way.
Organizations and teams ready to invest in the mental health and resilience of their people. I offer workshops, training, and speaking engagements on topics including working mom wellness, burnout prevention, and mental health in the workplace — bringing both clinical expertise and lived experience to every room I'm in.
What makes this different
I'm not just a therapist who happens to be a mom. I'm a mom who became a therapist because I understood, deeply and personally, how much working mothers need a space that was built for their real lives. My work is grounded in clinical training, sharpened by years of practice, and guided by genuine care for every person I work with.
Whether you're a mom looking for support, a clinician looking for supervision, or a leader looking to bring meaningful mental health resources to your team — you're in the right place.
You don't have to keep holding it all alone.
